marketer of the world's most valuable and fine possessions. This reputation is built as much on exceptional service to clients as it is on

The Empire State Building is one of the well known symbols in American history and gives a unique perspective of the
society that it represents. William Lamb, an architect of great fame was appointed to plan and design this building. The
construction started in June 1930 and was completed by November. The tower was around 200ft high with a dome on its top.
By October 3rd, 1930, the 88th floor was almost complete. In order to speed up the construction the building's posts, beams,
windows and window frames were manufactured in the steel factories and put together in the site of the building itself.

The observatory section situated in the 86th and the 102nd floor is the most popular feature of the Empire State Building. You
can have a remarkable view of the metropolis just by visiting the 86th and the 102nd floor. It is considered to be the most
visited sections for both adults and kids. Around 110 million visitors have experienced this unique experience so far. The 86th
floor, is 320metres high, you can reach the top in some seconds simply by boarding one of the automatic elevators. The 102nd
floor observatory tickets are sold at a price of $15. Tickets are available in the 2nd floor office. At the Observatories you are
able to witness almost all the famous landmarks of New York Rent or Lease Space in The Empire State Buliding:

The Brilliant Hearst Tower is located at 300 West 57th Street, 959 8th Avenue, near Columbus Circle in Midtown Manhattan,
New York City, New York. It is the world headquarters of the Hearst Corporation, bringing together for the first time their
numerous publications and communications companies under one roof, including, among others, Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Marie
Claire, Harper's Bazaar, Good Housekeeping and Seventeen.

The six-story base of the headquarters building was commissioned by the founder, William Randolph Hearst and awarded to the
architect Joseph Urban. The building was completed in 1928 at a cost of $2 million and contained 40,000 square feet (3,700
m2). The original cast stone facade has been preserved in the new design as a designated Landmark site. Originally built as the
base for a proposed skyscraper, the construction of the tower was postponed due to the Great Depression. The new tower
addition was completed nearly seventy years later, and 10,000 Hearst employees moved in on 26 June 2006.

The Trump Tower is the 52nd tallest building in New York City. The tower is a reinforced concrete, shear-wall/core structure
and was the tallest structure of this type in New York City when completed. A concrete hat-truss at the top of the building ties
exterior columns with the concrete core. This increases the effective dimensions of the core to that of the building in order to
resist the overturning of lateral forces (wind, minor earthquakes, and impacts perpendicular to the building’s height). A similar
structure was used for Trump World Tower.

Ordinarily a building of that height could not have been built on the small site. By mixing uses (retail, office, and residential),
constructing a through-block arcade (connecting to the IBM building to the east), and using the air rights from Tiffany’s
flagship store next door, and including the atrium (designed as a “public space” under the city codes at the time), Trump was
able to assemble a bonus package that enabled a taller tower.

The Flatiron Building, or Fuller Building, as it was originally called, is located at 175 Fifth Avenue in the borough of
Manhattan, New York City and is considered to be a groundbreaking skyscraper. Upon completion in 1902 it was one of the
tallest buildings in the city and the only skyscraper north of 14th Street. The building sits on a triangular island block formed by
Fifth Avenue, Broadway and East 22nd Street, with 23rd Street grazing the triangle's northern (uptown) peak. It anchors the
south (downtown) end of Madison Square, and the north (uptown) end of the Ladies' Mile Historic District.

The neighborhood around the building is called the Flatiron District after its signature building, which has become an icon of
New York City. The building was designated a New York City landmark in 1966, was added to the National Register of Historic
Places in 1979, and designated a National Historic Landmark in 1989
