Hammer Video "You Can Touch This" :

Mc Hammer was the face of a very recent Australian Xbox Tour, launching the new and exclusive Karaoke, titled "Lips" in Melbourne,
November.

The famous rap artist known for topping the charts with his smashing hit track "U Cant Touch This" in the 1990, threw his weight behind the
microphone, performing his number one hit using the Lips feature.

Hammer also an avid Twitter user, with over 1.6 million followers and recognised as the fourteenth most influential musician on the global
network site, Twitter, was enthused about the new Xbox live feature. Xbox and Mc demonstrated to users how simple and convenient it was
to now post tweets straight from the microsoft console. Also taking the opportunity for Microsoft to announce the soon to arrive movie
download service. Now making it easier than ever with the Xbox LIVE, to enable you to share with your friends, your entertaining experience
on the largest networking sites, including facebook.

Xbox created such a heightened celebration throughout the entire evening, if your hands where not in the air clapping, the floor was definitely
jumping. Performing the man himself "Mc Hammer", U Cant Touch This, there was also "Nacho Pop", Adelaide DJ Band "Stella", fashion
parades by "Ed Hardy", Appearance's made by the Pussycat Dolls "Ashley Roberts and Melody Thornton", "Nina Brown" and the list goes on.
And to crown the event, Xbox spoilt their fans rotten catering abundance of food and drinks, from Pizza Hut, Crispy Creme's, Smirnoff and
even the Popcorn machine was working overtime, popping away fluffy, buttery popcorn throughout the whole night. With Xbox
entertainment, stage performances, electric music and great food, What more could we possibly want? we had it all under the one roof.

20 years on, and Hammer is still untouchable, yet amazingly he still has it all. Even though I had not come close enough to meeting the dynamic
humanitarian rapper and the Face of Xbox LIVE, I did discover the talented band "Stella" (They are Individual musicians/artists, but known as
Stella when performing as one), touring with Xbox and alongside legendary MC.
Impressed by the uniqueness of their band and the impact they had on the crowd, when giving off a lusty, bold and energetic vibe via their
music. Tunes that flow high and low, and overlapping far and wide through the circle of people. It was quite extraordinary to see and feel the
change of chemistry in the room, whilst the boys were performing on stage, having that ability to switch a button on every individual through
their sultry sounds, was very intriguing and one band I was excited to know more about.

As the night folds, the boys are a little pressed for time and in the middle of dismantling and packing their equipment and instruments, getting
ready for the Sydney tour less than a day away. Still courteous enough the musicians take a moment to introduce themselves and agree to a
brief interview in the VIP room. We have DJ Discrete on Vinyl, Bos on the Saxophone and Maverick on the Percussion, all so down to earth
and still wearing a smile after midnight and such a long intense gig.
Still being catered drinks at the end of the evening, we decide to warm up the interview with a toast and cheer to their growing success over a
bottle of Smirnoff.

Kaliopy: How was your first Xbox 360 Launch event?

Maverick
– “Working on the XBOX INSIDER AUSTRALIAN TOUR has been fantastic as well as tiring. We played in Brisbane, then
Melbourne and Sydney which was great.”

Bos – “The logistics involved and size of the event was surprising. With as many as 30 to 40 on stage performers and many, many more
behind the scenes. Sharing one stage with the likes of MC Hammer, The Pussy Cat Dolls, Nacho Pop and, Nino Brown were great. I mean
who can complain when you’ve got a Pussy Cat Doll dancing either side of you while you perform.”

Kaliopy:  How long have you been performing as a band?

DJ Discrete –
“We have been playing around on the Adelaide club and festival scene for years, but only in the last few months have we
decided to really concentrate on working together with myself on the decks, Maverick on percussion and Bos on sax.”

Kaliopy: How was your group formed?

Bos –
“The group came together at a one off performance at the Norwood Food and Wine Festival – that’s a big annual event held in our home
city of Adelaide with close 100,000 people. The chemistry we felt on stage and the reaction we got was so good we knew we were onto
something special. “

Kaliopy: You have quite a unique band, what are each of your roles?

Discrete –
“I pick the tracks, set a vibe and provide a foundation for the other guys to build on.”

Maverick – “I take the performance to the next level in terms of energy by adding rhythmic variations on top of the solid house beats.”

Bos – “My role is to support everything else that is going on and add melodic interest to the performance”

Kaliopy: What about your roles off stage?

Discrete –
“I’m always on the lookout for new and exciting music. As a lover of vinyl I spend a lot of my time finding the latest and greatest
tracks from around the world”

Maverick – “My other role in the band is more a manager type role. Looking after the when, where and how of everything.”

Bos – “As a jazz musician I feel that I help gel us all together with my musical experience playing many different types of gigs over the years
from jazz clubs and funk, right through to dance festivals.”

Kaliopy: The crowd was feeling the energy you boys were giving out on stage at Xbox; can you describe the style of music your band
produces?

Maverick -
“I would say that it would be funky house mostly. But we try to keep it fresh with our live elements and we always really try to
put on a great show! ”

Kaliopy: Is this your first corporate event? And how was this experience for you?

Bos –
“We have played corporate shows before but this would have to be one of the biggest in terms of production and the first to do multiple
capital cities.”

Discrete – “Xbox puts on a great show.”

Maverick – “We’d especially like to thank Simon who managed us for putting the event all together.”

Kaliopy: What was your experience with Mc Hammer?

Bos –
“It was great to see how professional and switched on he is. And surprising to discover that he is now a world authority on social media
and networking.”

Maverick – “He’s still got it baby!”

Kaliopy: What about hanging with Nacho Pop and the Pussycat Dolls?

DJ Discrete –
“That man has some moves and is obviously very dedicated. All his time was spent making sure the performance was flawless.”

Maverick – “This is the second time I’ve performed with the Pussycat Dolls and they’re some fun loving girls.”

Kaliopy: How did the tour end there last night in Sydney?

Bos –
“Sydney went off! The location right on the harbour was
great and the crowd really got into it. Great way to finish the tour.”

Kaliopy: Originally from Adelaide and now hot property, where can fans see your band perform?

Maverick –
“We cover the entire Adelaide circuit, now back home, I can’t give too much away right now, but we’ve got three more
Australian tours locked in, Keep a lookout”

If your residing in Adelaide, there is a handful of venues you may find Maverick, DJ Discrete and Bos performing as a band or even as
individual musicians such as:

Tequilaria, Norwood Food And Wine, Bacas Bar, Kings Head, Club Feva, BAR ROUGE "The Bottom of the EMBASSY HOTEL", Star Bar,
Club 6IX, The Renmark Hotel, & Distill, just to name a few. You may have to do your own digging or keep your ears open. Now hot property,
with a number of corporate gigs booked already and some big names under their belt, it's going to be tough to keep this Band in there home
town.

The style of music you can expect to hear is quite diverse and energetic, and they dabble in almost any style. Though I would say their
speciality is mostly in House, Funky House, Sexy House, Electro House and even some old school. We let the music speak for itself, we
guarantee you wont be disappointed.
