Cecilia Brendel was born in St. Louis, Missouri. While growing up she developed her talents
as an artist with her family. Cecilia studied art with courses from Indiana University at South
Bend as well as graduating with an Associates Degree in Graphic Arts from the Ivy Tech
State College in South Bend, Indiana in 1982.

Her experience as an artist includes technical illustrating at the University of Notre Dame, Florida Institute of Technology, Wright State
University, McGraw Hill Publishing, Holiday Rambler, Harley Davidson, and LaComedia Dinner Theatre. More recently, she has
developed her skills as a painter, working in acrylics and oils for clients across America. She continues to learn from the masters of the
Hudson River School, Rembrandt, Renoir, Monet, and many others.
