Most of my life I've always done something creative...started with building
dollhouses and miniatures....than I would dabble here and there making
various arts and crafts....for a while I was big on scrapbooking...but the
painting just kind of happened...I came across a Suzi Blu video on you tube
and from there ended up taking an online workshop of hers and well the rest is
history. I love mixed media, acrylics, papers, textures, prismacolor pencils,
water soluble crayons, pastel crayons, and working on wood…and I also
work in a mixed media journal........my thing is pretty big eye girls and
interesting backgrounds..I'm a stay at home wife/mom of three....I have two
little ones that keep me pretty busy and well painting is my escape...when I
can find the time. Some of my paintings are inspired by my girls, and
inspiration comes just from looking at others works on places like you tube,
facebook, etsy, flickers...to name a few. Up til now I was making art just for
me....I share but never put anything up for sale....as far as what I want for the
future in regards to my art..well of course to get better at it...try different ways
of creating and thinking of opening my own etsy shop....if in my lifetime I sell
just ONE piece that would be fine with me...if not well I'm okay with that too.
