Since childhood , I think that I was around six years old , I discovered on a
ride
with my mother in downtown Sao Paulo a sculpture
that made me stop and simply gaze without blinking , commenting
" Wow, that is so beautiful mother  "
And she responded without saying anything , and just stood there looking too.
At that moment I felt a change within me,
I found what I wanted to be ...
I hold this decision until today,
and I am  completely secure with it.

At that moment , without thinking, because it already was clear to me
I said to my mother, who was already pulling me ,
to continue the tour,
"Mom , this is what im going to be when I  grow up "
She answered without thinking
It's crazy girl.
This thing can that you can not understand ?
All that remained was this ... "
And so ...
There was nothing up until today that has made me change my mind,
even now , seeing the struggle and the difficulties
of  being an artist in Brazil.
I began playing with noodles , clay,
finally ... even soap to wash clothes
In this research I discovered the name of the
artist who fascinated me in childhood ..
Caciporé Torres.
Wow,  I have followed all your work,
every piece one by one!

So I started making sculptures professionally in
Terracotta and Bronze , working in the studio of the sculptor
Dante Di Giacomo ,
in Itaim Bibi and learned from him the techniques,
that I use today in most of my works.
