deck is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon socializing or watching the tour boats pass in the evening. It has a magnificent view of the Sagamore and

provides access to the water as well as boating, fishing, swimming, skiing and more. Just across the bay is a magnificent view of
the mountains. Located on the east side, approximately 5 miles north of the village, it is far enough away to avoid the crows yet near
enough if you wish to mingle. Dock provides space for one or two boats and sill has plenty of space for swimming.
This home is located a short drive from the Cleverdale Country Store which has everything you need including breakfast,
sandwiches, cold cuts and soft-serve ice cream. A sort walk will take you to the Sans Souci for dinner or libations. You can launch
you boat just down the street at Boats By George. We frequently enjoy cocktails on the deck while we watch the tour boats pass in
the evening.
